Our brand was established in 2015, and we opened our very first restaurant in Harrow, UK in 2016. Our dedicated team has been in the food industry for more than 50 years, and we've done our research.
We've combined the expertise of our highly-skilled team with the needs of our customers to create an entirely novel, casual dining experience.

The Brand is Born
Selekt Chicken was established with a vision to revolutionize fast food with authentic halal peri-peri chicken. Our dedicated team brought over 50 years of combined food industry experience and a passion for quality.
First Restaurant — Harrow, UK
We opened our very first restaurant in Harrow, UK. From day one, our mission was clear: create an entirely novel, casual dining experience that goes above and beyond customer expectations.
The Legendary Recipe
After years of research and refinement, we perfected our secret coating — a blend of fragrant spices and deliciously zesty sauce that makes our chicken truly legendary. Double-coated for maximum crunch.
International Expansion
Selekt Chicken crossed borders, expanding into Italy and Pakistan. Our franchise model proved that good taste truly matters — no matter where you are in the world.
Archway Opens
Our Archway location opened at 653 Holloway Road, bringing Selekt Chicken's legendary flavors to North London. Quickly becoming the neighbourhood's go-to spot for premium halal chicken.
Growing Stronger
